Our vision is to become a worldwide full spectrum LVCG and cyber training/analysis developer, integrator and services provider.</p>\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>Work closely with Procurement Director, Director of Contracts, and program staff to ensure compliance with contract performance requirements.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops, negotiates, and administers subcontracts of all types, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus, and Time and Material (T&M), with moderate risk and complexity.</li>\n <li>Maintains familiarity with FAR and DFAR requirements.</li>\n <li>Reviews solicitations and prepares subcontractor Requests for Proposals (RFPs).</li>\n <li>Evaluates subcontractor proposals and prepares documentation for price and cost analysis.</li>\n <li>Negotiates price, cost, terms, and other subcontract provisions.</li>\n <li>Collaborates closely with program staff to ensure compliance with contract performance requirements.</li>\n <li>Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve solutions.</li>\n <li>Contributes to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.</li>\n <li>Works under limited direction, applying independent judgment while receiving general instruction on progressively more complex, non-routine assignments.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Experience/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.</li>\n <li>Relevant experience may substitute for education if the candidate has 2+ years of Government subcontract administrative experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years of experience in contracts administration, subcontracts administration, or pricing related to</li>\n <li>Government contracting.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of business principles such as procurement, contract law, finance, and accounting.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Government Approved Purchasing Systems requirements.</li>\n <li>Understanding of general defense contracting practices, including administration and pricing, and the ability to interpret and negotiate contract terms and conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Requirements/Security Clearance</h2>\n<p>Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance.
