We recognize and teach individual strengths, responding to areas of challenge but never defining students by them. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Assistant Coach for Girls Varsity Softball supports the Head Coach in planning, teaching, and developing the Grades 9-12 Girls Varsity Softball Program. This position reports directly to the Head Coach and the Director of Athletics, Coaching, and Mentoring.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience coaching softball at the high school, college, or club level. Strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
