    "description": "<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BIM Detailer</span> to join our VDC Team. The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BIM Detailer</span> will be working with our Electrical Planning Foreman to interpret and assist in planning the electrical installations for our projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BIM Detailer</span> is responsible for production of shop drawings, prefab details, and schedule creation and extraction from Revit. You will be collaborating with internal project teams to ensure the project teams receive information in a timely manner using Revit, Naviswork, Bluebeam, and Excel.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create views, sheets, details, schedules, along with process prefabrication components from Revit.</li>\n<li>Tagging, dimensions, and notations of views.</li>\n<li>Quality assurance and control of drawings, details and schedules for accuracy of deliverables.</li>\n<li>Collaboration and adaptation of deliverables based on the needs of internal customers.</li>\n<li>Develop Revit Models - Create and maintain accurate 3D models of electrical systems as required.</li>\n<li>Produce Shop Drawing and details to support installation.</li>\n<li>Fill out necessary schedules, forms, and worksheets using Excel and Bluebeam.</li>\n<li>Completing work on time with high degree of accuracy.</li>\n<li>Ability to learn and adhere to modeling standards.</li>\n<li>Desire to contribute to improving standards and processes.</li>\n<li>Actively contributes to a positive team environment.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</li>\n<li>Be a self starter.</li>\n<li>Other duties or locations as assigned by manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years’ experience in Revit and Navisworks.</li>\n<li>1+ years’ experience in VDC process</li>\n<li>Knowledge of BIM process.</li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills.</li>\n<li>Advanced Revit skills.</li>\n<li>Basic skills in Bluebeam.</li>\n<li>Intermediate computer skills including Word and Excel.</li>\n<li>Understanding of systems concepts and construction practices.</li>\n<li>Ability to actively listen, understand, and respond to diverse perspectives.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to think critically, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a full-time<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> BIM Detailer</span>, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Hunt Electric</span></p>\n<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical, technology, and infrastructure contractor with wide-reaching services available in a variety of markets.
