The business analyst will also be responsible for planning and facilitating user acceptance testing.<span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span>Should be hands-on both with PC tools and with extensive business problem solving in a complex industry. This does not have to be insurance.<span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span>Should have experience applying software solutions to solving complex business operation issues. You may know the business, but more importantly you will know how to get the customer&apos;s staff that knows the business, to focus their knowledge into a successful solution.<span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span>Should be very hands-on with the ability to make excel and other PC tools dance as you continually help customers overcome what appear to be obstacles.<span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span>You must have been extensively involved in at least two of our three areas of domain expertise. Our domain areas are: packaged software experience, big five or equivalent consulting, or property and casualty insurance experience. We do not make exceptions to this rule. Applicants must have two of these three domain areas.<span></span></p><p><br /> Desired Skill/Experience<span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span>5+ years as an IT Business Analyst in the commercial insurance industry.
