      "value": "<ul><li><strong>7+ years of experience in quality engineering or metrology</strong> in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing environments.</li><li><strong>AS9100 / ISO 9001 Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of aerospace quality management systems. Experience leading or supporting AS9100 certification efforts. Familiarity with NADCAP requirements is a plus.</li><li><strong>Metrology Mastery:</strong> Hands-on experience with CMMs (Zeiss, Hexagon, etc.), 3D scanning, surface roughness measurement, and other precision inspection equipment. You can program a CMM and interpret results.</li><li><strong>GD&T Fluency:</strong> Expert-level understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.</li><li><strong>First Article and Process Qualification:</strong> Experience with FAIR (AS9102), PPAP, or equivalent qualification processes for regulated industries.</li><li><strong>Export and Compliance Awareness:</strong> Understanding of export compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR awareness) relevant to defense manufacturing.</li><li><strong>Software-Driven Mindset:</strong> You see metrology data as a feedback loop for process improvement, not just a gate.
