We are also proud to be consistently recognized as a top employer in both the D.C. metro area and the nation.&nbsp;</i></p>\n<p><strong>Inova PRN Benefits and Perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>State-of-the-art medical and training facilities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Retirement benefits with match from day one</li>\n <li>Free Parking to all employees</li>\n <li>Exclusive savings opportunities to in-store events, theme parks, discounts, movie tickets and local offerings and so much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CT Technologist (CT Tech) Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates a thorough understanding of IVs, heparin locks and central line usage as they pertain to computed tomography, as evidenced by observations by supervisors and peers.</li>\n <li>Completes ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.</li>\n <li>Correctly identifies patients and their files by ensuring a high degree of accuracy, as evidenced by the lack of mislabeled films, images and EMR charts.</li>\n <li>Tracks patients according to department procedures. Identifies errors and takes immediate action for corrections, as evidenced by the EMR and PACS systems as well as the Radiology Information Systems reports.</li>\n <li>Participates in department/hospital performance improvement initiatives, in-services and meetings, as evidenced by attendance records</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.</li>\n <li><strong>License:&nbsp;</strong>Must be certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist. Must obtain CT Certification one year upon acceptance of the offer.</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:</strong>&nbsp;Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association</li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment, preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
