    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p>Apprentice Obligations:</p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Must be at least 17 years of age to apply</li><li>Completes Application for Employment through company website</li><li>Completes interview process with Carrico Implement management team members(s)</li><li>Signs and submits Apprenticeship Program Agreement including Co-Borrow signature and Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) Form</li><li>Completes enrollment process for education curriculum through Fort Hays Tech North Central including required General Education course&nbsp;</li><li>Completes General Education courses outside of RTI and scheduled work hours to allow more hours for OJT</li><li>Reports on time for OJT on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. during the educational year as well as any other OJT scheduled hours</li><li>Works thru Competency Structure defined by dealership&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain good standing in the Program with a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or above</li><li>Responsible for all fees and resources outside of tuition paid by Carrico Implement Company, Inc.</li><li>Completes a five-year full-time work commitment upon completion of Apprenticeship Program</li><li>Conduct oneself in accordance with the guidelines and expectations set forth in the Carrico Implement Employee Policy &amp; Procedures Manual&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Dealership Obligations:</p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Carrico Implement will provide the cost of tuition only (including required general education courses) in the form of payment directly to the educational institution&nbsp;</li><li>Carrico Implement will provide paid on-the-job training (OJT) with the hourly rate based on competency completion&nbsp;</li><li>Carrico Implement will provide an Apprentice to Journeyworker ratio of no less than 1 Apprentice to 1 Journeyworker</li></ul><p>OJT Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments</li><li>Adheres to assigned work schedule</li><li>Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments including timecards and Work Orders</li><li>Become familiar with usage of Service Advisor, PartsAdvisor and CCMS systems</li><li>Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat, safe and orderly fashion</li><li>Account for all time and material used in performing assigned duties &nbsp;</li><li>Develop skills based on Competency Structure while following instruction of Journeyworker&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment</li><li>Maintains a high level of personal hygiene and neat appearance</li><li>Maintains a high level of customer service, conducting self in a manner befitting the image of the company.&nbsp;</li><li>Keeps a positive attitude throughout each day and cooperates with all co-workers, vendors and customers to ensure a productive work environment, working to develop a sense of &ldquo;team&rdquo; among all departments</li><li>Works with integrity, always upholding company values</li><li>Adapts to changes in the work environment.</li><li>Communicates improvement processes to management team</li><li>Promote and incorporate our core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Value, Improvement, Communication &amp; Knowledge consistently in actions and communication</li><li>Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly</li><li>Willingness to learn and work hard</li></ol></div></div></div></div>\n",
