You bring strong classroom management and organizational skills. You are a creative, flexible, and energetic educator who fosters a positive and engaging learning environment. As a collaborative team member, you communicate effectively with campers, colleagues, and families, and instill confidence in the program with parents. You are culturally competent, maintain a professional and positive attitude, and approach your work with initiative, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting an inclusive camp community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to plan and lead engaging, week-long enrichment lessons and activities</li><li>Collaborate with associate teachers to implement curriculum and support all classroom duties</li><li>Foster campers’ social, emotional, and academic growth through play, exploration, and learning</li><li>Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including supervision on trips and monitoring camper well-being</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, administrators, and parents</li><li>Demonstrate understanding of child development and adapt teaching to meet individual needs</li><li>Work collaboratively to ensure consistency and quality across camp programs</li><li>Contribute positively to the overall camp community and assist with other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>",
