    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly pay rate: </strong>$21.00 - $23.00 <strong>an hour</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Full-time, On-site position</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>77 Trails End Road Eureka, Montana 59917</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>New hires are eligible for a <strong>$1,500 sign-on bonus</strong>, distributed in three $500 installments—after 30 days, six months, and twelve months of employment—contingent upon continued employment and meeting eligibility requirements. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Direct Support Professional</strong>, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support <strong>adolescents ages (13-18) </strong>in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Every day you will participate and guide teen girls in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities. To thrive at Chrysalis, you must have an empathetic heart and maintain personal and professional boundaries with teens.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Chrysalis our mission is to lead the way in driving teen and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide from the all-time highs of today to all-time lows by 2028.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teen girls as they arise</li>\n <li>Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere</li>\n <li>Communicate important observations and updates to the Shift Leads and Shift Managers</li>\n <li>At end of shift, document client progress notes daily</li>\n <li>With an empathetic heart encourages teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Age:</strong> 21+ years of age or older</li>\n <li><strong>Education</strong>: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Quick decision-making skills and a growth mindset with a focus on Embarks core values.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience: </strong>Min of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred</li>\n <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training </li>\n <li><strong>Background Checks:</strong> Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Montana state laws.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We warmly welcome EMTs to apply for this position!
