This includes direct responsibility for accounting activities, standard cost development, variance analysis, capital expenditure analysis, inventory management, budgeting, and supporting the annual audit. The North American Controller will play a key leadership role as to ERP, financial and operational management systems and process improvements. The North American Controller will work collaboratively with the US plant operations and operating staff to execute the business plan. This position is a key leadership role for the operation and is expected to be a true &ldquo;business partner&rdquo; and work effectively across all functional areas of the company.
