    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>MAG Aerospace is seeking a <strong><u>Program Lead – Cross Domain Solution / Multi Domain Integration</u></strong> will serve as the technical and programmatic lead for the development and integration of CDS capabilities supporting Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare (PL SSW). This individual will manage all aspects of CDS implementation across multiple security enclaves (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, Coalition). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C. The EW&C program delivers critical capabilities to counter current and future threats, enabling the next generation of warfighting capabilities from sensor to Soldier worldwide.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>Program Management:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead CDS planning and execution efforts in support of system architectures and operational requirements.</li>\n <li>Serve as the central point of contact for all cross-domain efforts within PLSSW, coordinating across PM EW&C and external partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Stakeholder Engagement:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage relationships with key CDS stakeholders including NSA, DISA CDS Office, Army Cyber Command, Army Cryptologic Office, NETCOM, DEVCOM, and mission partner nations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate integration with Army and Joint cybersecurity, data transport, and coalition data-sharing environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Technical Management:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct market research and technical assessments of existing and emerging CDS technologies for potential application.</li>\n <li>Lead system architecture and design activities, ensuring security policy enforcement across classification boundaries.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to NSA Raise-the-Bar (RTB), DISA CDS Baseline Requirements, and DoD RMF standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Testing and Accreditation:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee test planning, integration, and validation of CDS components in both lab and operational environments.</li>\n <li>Ensure development of RMF and accreditation documentation to support Authorization to Operate (ATO).</li>\n <li>Manage interface with appropriate test organizations and approval authorities for CDS certification.</li>\n <li>Support creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), technical requirements, and acquisition documentation for CDS-related efforts.</li>\n <li>Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring schedule, cost, and technical performance targets are met.</li>\n <li>Provide input to acquisition milestones and program reviews for CDS integration within PL SSW product.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Team and Technical Leadership:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead or matrix-manage technical teams of government and contractor personnel focused onCDS development.</li>\n <li>Mentor junior engineers and acquisition professionals supporting CDS-related efforts within PL SSW.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent organizational, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in office/field/lab environments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Secret clearance</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or related field</li>\n <li>10+ years supporting DoD IT systems, cyber capabilities, EW or SIGINT</li>\n <li>3+ years in Army multi‑enclave/cross‑domain or secure information‑sharing architecture & implementation</li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience with RMF/ATO, ICD 503, STIGs; multi‑enclave integration (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS/coalition)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>TS/SCI</li>\n <li>Master’s degree</li>\n <li>Experience with EW or Cyber programs (PM EW&C, PEO IEW&S)</li>\n <li>Experience integrating secure data sharing (e.g., guards/data diodes) into Army mission systems/joint networks</li>\n <li>PMP or DAWIA II/III (PM or Systems Engineering)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Nice‑to‑Have (Product familiarity)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of guard/diode technologies: Radiant Mercury, TACDS, ISSE Guard, OWL, Forcepoint, Flatirons/Nexor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Note</h2>\n<p>The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements. This position requires 25% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.
