          "text": "<ul><li>Perform month-end close activities including preparing and posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing variances and drawing conclusions from available data.</li><li>Assist with the validation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly financial data for Financial Reporting.</li><li>Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and develop follow-up action plans to resolve reconciling items.</li><li>Analyze accounting transactions, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy and completion, and provide variance explanations.</li><li>Assist in the quarterly preparation of cash flow forecasts and reconcile bank account data to GL cash balances.</li><li>Collaborate with Property Management, Real Estate Development, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and other departments, acting as a liaison and providing financial insights to meet their needs.</li><li>Support completion of annual tax package reports in preparation for tax filings.</li><li>Validate the completeness of lease data, including identifying all leases and relevant transactions, to ensure accuracy in financial reporting in compliance with ASC 842.</li><li>Track and oversee the timely payment of property taxes across Real Estate portfolio.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly financial result presentations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for strategic projects and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.</li><li>Solicit and respond to feedback to improve team and personal performance.</li></ul>",
