Join us and be a part of a company that&rsquo;s making waves and empowering its people to do extraordinary things every single day!</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The<strong>&nbsp;Inside</strong> <strong>Sales Associate&nbsp;</strong>will exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers, have the ability to manage and grow existing accounts, and pursue new business accounts.</p><p><u>What You&#39;ll Do</u></p><ul><li>Selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating products</li><li>Increasing business by generating sales to new customers and by selling additional products to existing customers</li><li>Pursuing product applications by utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialist/resources, vendor representatives and other available sources.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.</li><li>Learning and evaluating customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.</li><li>Processing product quotations in conjunction with inside sales counterparts and provide continuous follow up throughout the completion of the customer&rsquo;s purchasing cycle.</li><li>This position will require travel within an assigned territory. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a current driver&rsquo;s license and good driving record.</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Industrial and/or Commercial experience preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Ship to shore crane knowledge</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive decisions with influence.</li><li>Lighting and Gear product and application knowledge essential.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Experience with at least one sales area:<ul><li>Industrial</li><li>OEM</li><li>Automation</li><li>Lighting</li><li>Power Distribution</li><li>Commodities</li><li>Energy</li></ul></li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive benefits package.
