You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well-stocked.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>1+ years of experience in customer service or retail</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration or related field</li><li>Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store</li><li>Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations</li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized store environment</li><li>Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a Guest Experience Representative, you will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
