font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Controls Technicians are responsible for the installation, alteration, and maintenance of HVAC systems and building management systems.  They install and modify controls and instrumentation systems including low voltage and communication wiring.  Technicians perform point-to-point checkouts, mount and wire secondary devices.  They perform startup and checkout.  Technicians regularly perform troubleshooting of systems by reading and interpreting control logic diagrams and wiring schematics.  Calibrate environmental temperature, pressure, and humidity controls.  They conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and general servicing of systems. <span>They promote and maintain customer relationships through delivering excellent customer service.  </span></span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
