      "content": "\n<li>\n<p>Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of mobile phlebotomists in one or more geographical markets - multi-state!</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage complex logistics, including supply chain, distribution, appointment assignment, and routing to ensure maximum efficiency</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Assess work performance and perform appointment reviews for compliance, quality, and safety on a regular basis; accurately report all findings</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Use your attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with all medical protocols</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Act as submit matter expert in phlebotomy; provide hands on guidance with phlebotomy techniques and technical equipment, including centrifuge troubleshooting</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Handle employee grievances and customer service escalations with empathetic leadership, turning challenging interactions into positive outcomes</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Administer disciplinary action as appropriate</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Interview and hire new mobile phlebotomists</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Effectively and efficiently onboard new hires</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Complete new hire and annual competency assessments for team</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure accurate order and patient appointment recordkeeping&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead the interview, the hiring, and onboarding process. Administer performance reviews and disciplinary actions with a focus on professional development/growth</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Use critical thinking and data driven approach to review schedules, manage budgets and approve expenses</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Handle employee concerns and grievances</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Review daily/weekly schedules for team and make schedule adjustments as needed; organize, plan, and assign work</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Plan and manage a budget</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with day-to-day customer service and manager-level escalations including interactions with patients via inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Review and approve team timecards and expenses&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide coverage and travel to perform mobile phlebotomy job duties as needed</p>\n</li>\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>\n<p>At least 2 years of management experience in a leadership position is required</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities and techniques is a plus. Experience with medical equipment (centrifuges) is a significant plus</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication skills; both written and verbal (Google suite a plus)</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong public speaking abilities with the business acumen to represent the Getlabs professionally</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>A disciplined worker who can work independently or in a team environment</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Reliable transportation and clean driving record</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Competency with Google applications and willingness to embrace new technology</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>A proven ability to handle ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Proactive mindset focused on finding solutions for logistics and patient care hurdles</p>\n</li>\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n"
