A small 22 bed DNV‑certified Critical Access Hospital serving high‑quality, patient‑centered care. The medical center offers a collaborative, community‑focused environment healthcare hub where interdisciplinary teams work closely to care for patients close to home.</p> Whidbey Island offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle with historic Coupeville and easy access to the preserved landscapes and outdoor recreation of Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve (farmland, shorelines, trails, and scenic views). The island is accessible via Washington State ferries and Highway 20, making it a great fit for candidates seeking small‑town charm and Puget Sound living! \n<p>Start with 3 weeks’ vacation and three personal days! </p>\n<p>Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal!</p>\n<p>Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!</p>\n<p>Free meals & parking!</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the Clinical Nutrition Department, overseeing patient care and clinical operations</li>\n <li>Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to support coordinated, high‑quality care</li>\n <li>Partner with the General Manager on clinical nutrition, patient services, and foodservice alignment ray line accuracy</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with policies, menu standards and analysis, and quality audits</li>\n <li>Supervise 2 Nutrition Assistants and assist with Food Service staff and responsibilities </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
