In addition, they will support employee engagement and assist with other HR operations, fostering a strong and dynamic workforce</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist, coordinate and manage Kemin talent selection process.</li>\n <li>Leverage multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus recruitment, to attract and build a strong talent pool.</li>\n <li>Screen resumes and manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication and quick feedback from hiring managers</li>\n <li>Ensure closing all open positions within the lead time to hire.</li>\n <li>Onboarding of new hires.</li>\n <li>Interact with Universities for placement hiring and driving the KGDP program.</li>\n <li>Would be taking part in the HR audits related with the recruitment function.</li>\n <li>Responsible for managing HR assignments and creating project charters to define objectives, scope, resources, and timelines for successful HR initiatives.</li>\n <li>Responsible for managing and updating candidate information, job requisitions, and recruitment metrics within the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and efficient hiring.</li>\n <li>Organize interactive team-building activities, such as outdoor challenges or workshops, alongside holiday and cultural celebrations to foster teamwork and celebrate diverse traditions.</li>\n <li>Should have thorough knowledge on working with ATS, PowerBI, MS office.</li>\n <li>Coordinate to complete the Background verification with the external consultant and sort out issues if any identified.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>MSW / MBA specialized in Human Resource Management – 3-5 yrs work experience preferably with Engineering background.</li>\n <li>Working experience in Pharma/Life sciences/Agri Feed/Chemical with background of hiring for Factory positions.</li>\n <li>Language Requirements: Local Language</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-SS1</p>",
