Over three decades, our core values have shaped a supportive and creative environment that emphasizes employee engagement, technical excellence, and strong customer relationships. </span></p>\n<p><span>To learn more about who we are and what it’s like to work at GeoSpectrum, we invite you to watch our company video by visiting </span><span><a href=\"https://www.geospectrum.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.geospectrum.ca</a></span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support GeoSpectrum’s manufacturing operations across a diverse product portfolio, including underwater acoustic sensor arrays and large‑scale mechanical winch assemblies.</li>\n<li>Evaluate manufacturing and assembly processes to identify tooling and equipment requirements, and support their implementation.</li>\n<li>Design and develop custom manufacturing fixtures and tooling that enable efficient, repeatable, and reliable production.</li>\n<li>Contribute to product updates and new product introductions through detailed mechanical design of components and assemblies, with a focus on manufacturability and performance.</li>\n<li>Review mechanical drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.</li>\n<li>Participate in engineering design reviews, providing thoughtful and constructive technical input.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain clear assembly and test procedures to support manufacturing teams.</li>\n<li>Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify design improvements that reduce assembly effort, errors, and inefficiencies.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System across documentation, processes, and production activities.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering groups.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a minimum of two years of equivalent practical experience.</li>\n<li>Proven experience designing and developing manufacturing fixtures and tooling.</li>\n<li>Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and practices.</li>\n<li>Formal training or hands‑on experience using 3D mechanical drafting software.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Security Requirements</span></p>\n<p>All candidates must be eligible to apply for and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security Clearances.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Total Rewards </span></p>\n<p>We recognize that our people are our most valuable asset.
