Our interdisciplinary team works closely with residents and their families to promote independence, safety, and long-term progress through individualized treatment plans, therapeutic programming, and evidence-based care.</p><p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1195\">We serve individuals with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and complex neurological conditions who require ongoing rehabilitation and support to improve quality of life and daily functioning.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"189ilcj\" data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1220\">Position Summary</h3><p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1611\">The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents with neurological and medically complex conditions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
