Alert supervisor/manager to instrument or product failures.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform and document calibration and test Quality Control samples according to laboratory SOP&rsquo;s under medical technologist/ supervisor supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for critical results notification and documentation.</li><li>Utilize LIS for entering and verifying patient results and Quality control under supervision.</li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory.</li><li>Document and maintain records/paperwork associated with workbench assignment.</li><li>Assist with sample receipt and accessioning if needed.</li><li>Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize all available PPE in completing tasks.</li><li>Monitor pending logs to ensure all testing is complete.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul></li><li>Level 2<ul type=\"circle\"><li>All responsibilities listed for Level 1 plus&hellip;</li><li>Keep reagent Inventory sufficient for use. Document details of Reagent inventory for all lot numbers.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform new lot validation under supervision.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Level 3<ul type=\"circle\"><li>All responsibilities listed for Level 1 and 2 plus&hellip;</li><li>Assist in weekly review of Levy Jennings charts for all shifts and trends.</li><li>Assist Medical technologist with routine instrument maintenance.</li><li>Test Proficiency survey samples in the lab section assigned under supervision.</li><li>Provide direction, training, and feedback on routine laboratory procedures, as assigned.</li><li>Perform and documents calibration and test Quality Control samples according to laboratory SOP&rsquo;s.</li></ul></li><li>Lead<ul type=\"circle\"><li>All responsibilities listed for Level 1, 2, and 3 plus&hellip;</li><li>Assist with LIS or new method/test validation testing.</li><li>Review and ensure test calibration documentations are kept in respective logbooks with signature. Report back to leadership.</li><li>Assist the supervisor/manager in performing and documenting New Lot number validation for all reagents used in the assigned section of the Laboratory.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist supervisor/manager in placing new lot number of Control Test values, range, and validation, if applicable.</li><li>Oversee documentation for daily, weekly, and monthly check offs.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist technologist/supervisor with LIS or new method/test validation.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Level 1:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>High School diploma&nbsp;</li><li>Current New York State Clinical Laboratory Technician License&nbsp;</li><li>0-2 years of clinical Laboratory experience &nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Level 2:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Level 1 plus&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years of clinical Laboratory experience preferred but not required.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Level 3:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Level 1 and 2 plus</li><li>Associate degree&nbsp;</li><li>4+ years of relevant Laboratory experience&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Lead tech:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Level 1, 2 and 3 plus&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years of clinical Laboratory experience&nbsp;</li><li>Strong Skills in the MS Office Suite of applications</li><li>Able to assist managing multiple activities and projects and meet strict timelines and deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive bench level experience in Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and other lab areas Preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>ProHEALTH strives to maintain a workplace that accepts and appreciates the differences among our employees.
