    "description_html": "<p><strong>Sequel Wire and Cable is growing and has several full-time opportunities in our NEW Low Voltage Division. &nbsp;</strong>If you are quality and customer focused with a constant eye for continuous improvement in all aspects of the job, you may be a fit for the following production positions:</p><ul><li>Packaging</li><li>Cabling</li><li>Jacketing</li><li>Prime Line Extrusion</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Starting pay begins at $20.00 per hour,</strong> with higher rates available for candidates who bring relevant experience.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Essential Job Functions</strong>:</p><p>· Read and comprehend production work orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</p><p>· Use overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials.</p><p>· Complete and record quality testing.&nbsp;</p><p>· Complete all required paperwork.</p><p>· Operate and maintain machinery and equipment.</p><p>· Adhere to all safety procedures.</p><p>· Maintain a clean work area.&nbsp;</p><p>· Use a computer to enter production information and generate labels.&nbsp;</p><p>· Meet all production and quality goals and standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p><p>· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.</p><p>· Working knowledge of computers.</p><p>· Forklift driving experience desired, training provided.</p><p>· Use of overhead cranes desired, training provided.</p><p>· Knowledge of wire and cable manufacturing processes is a plus.</p><p>· Understand and adhere to ISO certification requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>· Ability to work overtime.</p><p>· Ability to work weekends.</p><p>· Strong attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>The essential functions of this job require working within a production facility with exposure to various noise levels from machinery and equipment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>This is an active role as the employee will work in a manufacturing environment. &nbsp;While performing the essential functions of the job the employee will be required to stand, balance or walk on a consistent basis during a 12-hour shift and may on a frequent basis be required to twist, turn, stoop, squat, kneel, bend or reach. &nbsp;The employee must use safe lifting techniques when lifting objects up to 50 pounds and carry out repetitive hand/wrist movements to include forearm rotation.
