    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Tier One Technologies is seeking a Radar Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support our U.S. Government client.</li>\n <li>This 18-month on-site contract position will be located in Camden, NJ.</li>\n <li>Must be a US Citizen.</li>\n <li>Must hold either an active DoD Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance.</li>\n <li>SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide systems engineering support for software requirements management and verification, including contributions to the System Requirements Specification (SRS) and Software Design Description (SDD).</li>\n <li>Trace requirements to B1 and A-spec specifications for OSI products, including Scenario Management System (SMS), Radar Scene Generator (RSG), and Radar Target Generator (RTG).</li>\n <li>Support software development efforts, including release activities, code reviews, and module maintenance.</li>\n <li>Provide systems engineering support for software development of key components, including the Mission Planner Module (MPM), Stand-alone Truth Provider (STP), and Open System Architecture Radar Sensor Model (OSM).</li>\n <li>Support development and analysis activities for the S-Band Search, Track, and Engagement Support Simulation (SSTRESS) to meet radar system requirements and product development objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>Basic Qualifications</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree.</li>\n <li>6+ years of related experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with C++ or other strong object-oriented programming experience (e.g. Java, C# or similar languages).</li>\n <li>Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Agile release planning, Sprint planning, and Scrum.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>All candidates must be U.S. citizens and currently hold either an active DoD Secret clearance or an interim Secret clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Desired Skills:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, statistical analysis, and/or signal processing.</li>\n <li>Functional knowledge of radar systems, subsystems, and designs, with familiarity in radar modeling tools.</li>\n <li>Experience in systems development, including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation.</li>\n <li>Hands-on data analysis experience using MATLAB or Python.</li>\n <li>Technical leadership or mentorship experience.</li>\n</ul>",
