In this role, you will help drive sales efficiency by managing a broad array of administrative and operational tasks that ensure seamless support for our sales organization. You’ll play a key role in coordinating with internal departments, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining key reporting, and contributing to ongoing sales initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a collaborative and organized individual seeking to grow within a high-performing and fast-paced environment.</div><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br>Administrative &amp; Sales Operations Support</strong><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prepare&nbsp;reports and presentations for the Sales and Upper-Management Teams</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assist in&nbsp;tracking purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Support sales team follow-up efforts, including order confirmations and bookings.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maintain and update customer profiles and contract balances.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manage the Sales Support email inbox and address general inquiries.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perform daily reporting and documentation duties, including:<ul><li>Lost Sales Summary Reporting (various departments: Fresh, Candy, Grocery, Nicotine, etc.)</li><li>Plus Out tracking, entry, and auditing</li><li>FSM Inventory / Critical Items reporting.</li><li>Aged Inventory / Shipper depletion analysis</li><li>Smart Stock Program Compliance</li></ul></li></ul><strong>Marketing &amp; Sales Enablement</strong><ul><li>Create and distribute marketing and sales materials including sell sheets.</li><li>Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, Open House initiatives, and trade shows.</li><li>Manage Repsly Prebooks &amp; Reporting and oversee Vendor CDUs and relations.</li><li>Collaborate on Order Guide creation and merchandising supply planning.</li></ul><strong>Customer &amp; Front Desk Support</strong><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respond professionally to internal and external customer questions via phone, email, or in-person.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">As needed, will&nbsp;assist with front desk operations, including visitor coordination and general support.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Provide support for&nbsp;key customer relationships, including&nbsp;POGs, program oversight, and compliance tracking.</li></ul><strong>Sales Program Oversight &amp; Coordination</strong><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Work closely with the Sales Support Manager on vendor relations, spoilage tracking, selling expenses, inventory/margin gain opportunities, and merchandising funding optimization.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Provide administrative oversight for programs like Jet Sets, Smart Stock, and other national distribution efforts.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Support audit functions and contribute to compliance processes (e.g., BRC/FDA safety protocols).</li></ul><strong>General Support Duties</strong><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Follow all company policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
