This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to drive process improvements across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service teams. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and business-oriented, capable of supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to continuous improvement and scalable financial processes.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><strong>1. Revenue &amp; Invoicing Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Oversee end-to-end revenue processes, including contract review, revenue recognition (ASC 606), invoicing, and month-end close.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate billing and actively monitor accounts receivable aging, collections, and risk exposure.</li><li>Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Project Management (PM), and Service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and drive AR resolution.</li><li>Perform regular reconciliations and root cause analysis on AR balances and revenue-related variances.</li><li>Strengthen internal controls and improve efficiency across the revenue cycle.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><strong>2</strong><strong>. Inventory &amp; Cost Accounting</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Manage inventory accounting processes, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory valuation, COGS, reserves, and related financial reporting.</li><li>Lead month-end inventory close and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Collaborate with Supply Operations teams to improve inventory visibility, reduce aging/slow-moving inventory, and mitigate risks.</li><li>Drive process improvements in inventory control and reporting.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><strong>3</strong><strong>. Accounts Payable &amp; Vendor Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Oversee AP operations, including invoice processing, three-way matching (PO/receipt/invoice), payment execution, and vendor master data maintenance.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong internal controls.</li><li>Optimize AP workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and cycle times.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><strong>4</strong><strong>. Treasury Oversight (Dotted-line)</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Provide oversight and coordination for treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, payment planning, and banking operations.</li><li>Support liquidity management, working capital optimization, and intercompany funding activities.</li><li>Collaborate with HQ treasury and local teams to ensure alignment with global policies and reporting requirements..</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><strong>5</strong><strong>. Cross-functional Collaboration &amp; Problem Solving</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Act as a key finance business partner to cross-functional teams, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions across AR, AP, and inventory processes.</li><li>Lead or support cross-departmental initiatives to resolve operational bottlenecks, improve data accuracy, and enhance financial transparency.</li><li>Apply structured problem-solving approaches to address complex operational and financial challenges.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><strong>6</strong><strong>.
