    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Hambleton Handyman Apprentices are: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Familiar with the Trades</span>: An Apprentice is not yet an expert in any (or enough) trades to be running his own jobs but has some prior knowledge or experience in the trades.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Energetic:</span> An Apprentice is never waiting around on a job site for something to do, they are always proactively asking their lead craftsman how they can help.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desire to Advance: </span>Have a passion to learn as much as they can about not only the trades, but also customer service and communication, so they can become a craftsman and or master craftsman in our field.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Willing to take Directions: </span>The knowledge of our Master Craftsmen is very valuable, and so is the time they take to teach.
