    "description": "<p>Seeking a Business Development/Sales Professional for a Construction related business on the Mason-Dixon line.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>Essential Functions of the Business:</p>\r\n<p>--Sell and develop business related to polished concrete flooring</p>\r\n<p>--Need someone to take this to commercial clients, manufacturing companies, distribution/warehouses</p>\r\n<p>--Person needs to grow the business. develop potential customers, and knock on doors</p>\r\n<p>--Develop a strong social media presence and marketing materials </p>\r\n<p>--Go to sites and do initial measurements of areas so proper quotes can be given</p>\r\n<p>--Eventually learn how to quote this properly with correct profit margins</p>\r\n<p>--Look for new opportunities for use of this technology--it is just taking off</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>Desired Qualities and Experience;</p>\r\n<p>--Prefer someone with 3-5 years of solid Sales and Business Development experience</p>\r\n<p>--Prefer someone who has called upon businesses and maintenance personnel previously</p>\r\n<p>--Need someone who is hands-on enough to relate well with appropriate contacts in commercial businesses</p>\r\n<p>--Would love to have someone who is willing to go in and learn the business and actually do some of the work periodically to know all details of the work</p>\r\n<p>--No certain degree is required. Some previous type of construction experience would be great.</p>\r\n<p>--Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements a must</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.  Need someone proactive and aggressive.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>Pay plan will be set up for a tremendous upside.  There will be a solid base pay with a substantial variable pay based on new business and clients.</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>This is a job worth checking out if you consider yourself hands-on and have some mechanical understanding.</p>",
