We are hiring for both a full-time and a PRN position.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Review the operating room schedule at the beginning of each day to plan and prepare to perform the scrub position&#39;s duties effectively and efficiently.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Competent in assisting routine Cardiac Cath and EP procedures/skills.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Operates computer and radiographic equipment for image production and documentation and performs quality control measures to ensure optimal image quality.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Demonstrates knowledge and skills to interpret and respond to patient data and hemodynamic responses during pre, intra, and post-Cath and EP procedures.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Assists with the patient&#39;s admission, transfer, and discharge.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Demonstrates ability to perform different responsibilities within the department, such as being a circulator, monitor, scrub, and holding area personnel assistant.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Maintains professionalism and communicates effectively in high-stress situations.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Completion of an accredited program in surgical technology, RCIS, or ARRT certification, or two years of full-time Cath Lab experience.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">RCIS certification required at annual review.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">At least two years of Cath Lab experience preferred but not required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">BLS and ACLS certification required.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>About Houston, TX:</strong><br>&nbsp;Houston is a diverse, fast-growing city with world-class dining, cultural attractions, and top-ranked healthcare facilities.
