    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">2<sup>nd</sup> Shift &ndash; 3pm-11pm</p><p>$25-35/hour</p><p>50lbs lifting requirement</p><p>Steel toes required</p><p>English is required, but bilingual in Spanish would be helpful.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Duties:</p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks on automated concrete paver production equipment, such as conveyor systems, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Conducts preventative maintenance according to schedules to maintain equipment reliability and longevity.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment performance and address any operation concerns promptly.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Requirements:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>5 years of experience performing maintenance in a production setting, concrete plants especially.</li><li>Not afraid to get dirty during their shift.
