The role is focused on standards enforcement, transparency, control, and escalation to ensure disciplined decision-making and adherence to enterprise and Group Technology frameworks.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Define, maintain, and govern regional Technology governance frameworks aligned with Group standards and ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, security policies, and regulatory obligations</li><li>Maintain clear decision-right frameworks, escalation paths, and documented governance forums, independently challenge deviations from standards and ensure timely escalation and remediation</li><li>Provide governance oversight of Technology portfolio intake, prioritization, and demand processes, ensuring transparency across Technology initiatives, investments, dependencies, and capacity constraints</li><li>Provide independent portfolio insight, risk visibility, and exception reporting to Technology leadership</li><li>Define and govern common PMO standards, reporting cadences, and delivery hygiene across the region</li><li>Provide governance and oversight of Technology financial controls, cost transparency, and reporting; partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure compliance with approved budgets, vendor governance standards, and financial controls</li><li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of reporting to regional and Group Technology leadership</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Technology governance, assurance, audit-facing, or enterprise control roles</li><li>Experience operating in complex, matrixed, multi-business environments</li><li>Strong exposure to internal controls, audit, risk, and compliance disciplines</li><li>Ability to influence senior stakeholders through governance challenge rather than execution ownership</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><i><strong>Please note</strong>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
