We are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care across diverse and complex environments.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to serve as the clinical leader of the organization. This role operates in a dyad partnership with the VP of Business Operations, ensuring alignment between clinical excellence and operational performance.</p>\n<p>You will be responsible for clinical quality, patient safety, provider performance, and regulatory compliance across all service lines.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and oversee clinical standards, protocols, and SOPs</li>\n<li>Ensure consistency and quality of care across all locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Talent &amp; Workforce</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead hiring of clinical staff, including Medical Directors and providers, and clinical support staff</li>\n<li>Oversee credentialing and clinical performance management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, NCCHC, state, and federal regulations</li>\n<li>Lead clinical incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis</li>\n<li>Co-lead HIPAA/privacy program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong field presence (60–70%)</li>\n<li>Conduct clinical audits, chart reviews, and staff coaching</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee clinical onboarding and competency-based training</li>\n<li>Drive adherence to protocols and standards of care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong clinical leadership experience in multi-site healthcare environments</li>\n<li>Background in correctional health, occupational health, or similar settings preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational execution</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in Nursing, PA Studies, or related clinical field</li>\n<li>Active, unrestricted clinical license in North Carolina (RN, NP, or PA)</li>\n<li>8+ years of healthcare experience with progressive leadership responsibility</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to travel to clinics for on-site clinical supervision and support.</span></span></li>\n</ul>",
