Individual pay range is subject to change depending on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>This hybrid role is primarily focused on order entry, and the remaining 25% of the role involves assisting the material handling team as needed.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Clerical responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Processing, verifying, and managing customer orders with a high level of accuracy</li>\n <li>General clerical responsibilities such as data entry, document management, filing, and administrative support</li>\n <li>Responsibilities may include recording inventory/production information or other data in Excel and generating weekly, monthly, and yearly reports</li>\n <li>Answers several phone lines and takes messages</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Material Handling responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supporting warehouse operations such as picking, packing, inventory organization, and general logistics support</li>\n <li>Loads, unloads, and move materials from one location to another within the plant using a turret truck, tow motor, stack truck, and/or electric truck (walkie)</li>\n <li>Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to move materials or containers</li>\n <li>May weigh skids for shipping purposes</li>\n <li>Lifts skids of product on pallet wrapper machine with stack truck</li>\n <li><strong>Forklift experience preferred on both stand up and sit down forklifts.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Good communication skills</li>\n <li>Good math skills</li>\n <li>Ability to use a multi-line phone</li>\n <li>PC training or comparable experience (mostly used are WORD and EXCEL)</li>\n <li>Ability to use all types of office equipment</li>\n <li>Good organization skills</li>\n <li>Good interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work with confidential information    </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>East Penn Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>East Penn offers excellent benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation</li>\n <li>Group insurance that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage</li>\n <li>401K savings plan</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>Annual bonus</li>\n <li>9 paid holidays and 10 days of paid time off</li>\n <li>Employee assistance programs</li>\n <li>Fitness Discounts</li>\n <li>Promotional opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
