    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>SUMMARY:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reporting to the Director of Operation,&nbsp;the 1<sup>st</sup> Shift Machinist must be able to run a one-person machine shop. Will perform various Machine Shop duties in support of Battery Pack Components, Fixtures, Jigs, and other items as required. Ability to operate a CNC Trak DPM2 Machine with program Controller, Lathe, Drill Press, Ban Saw, Air/Hydraulic Press, Waterjet, Environmental Chamber, and other various equipment. This position is a key member of a Production/Engineering support Team.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Machinist&rsquo;s main objective:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to run a one-person machine shop to support Production/Engineering requirements.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>KEY</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate/program a CNC Trak DPM2 Machine with program Controller.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate Lathe, Drill Press, Tap, Ban Saw, Air/Hydraulic Press.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good with hand tools to build Fixtures/Jigs &amp; repair Maintenance items with hardware.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support production with various machined plastic/metal components.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support Engineering with prototypes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May require support of running Waterjet, Environmental Chamber, 3D Printers, and other equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have good computers skills for various tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support various Production items for Battery Packs, Electro-Mechanical Box, &amp; Cable Assemblies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to Read/Write and clearly communicate in English.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to create parts from understanding of 2D Drawings.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep work area clean and organized.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s) are followed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Overtime may be required from time to time.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support and implement process improvements as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintaining Quality of product is top priority.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to and maintain workmanship standards set forth by Aved.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Daily communication with team focused on Daily/Weekly/Monthly goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain an understanding of all tasks and processes with safety as a priority.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform all other related duties as assigned.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work with Management, Production, Engineering, and Quality personnel.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; KEY COMPETENCIES:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 10 years of experience of running/setup/programing CNC machines in a machine shop.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with the highest standards of safety in mind.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic computer skills required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accountable, dependable and trustworthy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly and the ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to complete assigned tasks and adhere to fluctuating timelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other members of the team and with other leaders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bending and Lifting up to 35 Lbs.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
