This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can help drive the day-to-day field execution, manage crews, and keep work progressing safely, efficiently, and on schedule.  This person should be a self-starter who takes ownership of their scope while working as part of a larger project team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute the overall project plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide daily on-site leadership and direction to field crews and subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate and oversee assigned phases of construction from start through closeout.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the project schedule by managing workflow, sequencing, and manpower in the field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate regularly with the Superintendent and Project Manager on progress, challenges, and solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays or rework.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct daily huddles and maintain clear communication across all trades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor quality of work and ensure it meets company and client expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track materials, equipment, and deliveries to support uninterrupted workflow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain organized and professional jobsite conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform hands-on carpentry, finish work, and punch list tasks as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with prior foreman or lead experience required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and hold accountability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and adapt to changing conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret construction documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li>\n<li>Health, Dental and Vision package.</li>\n<li>401k with Match</li>\n</ul>",
