The Key Purpose of this job is to manage a team of specialists responsible for the creation and processing of POs and confirming PO status as a RPSS EU Operations Lead. Key Roles and Responsibilities: RPSS EU PO Management team: Lead team members effectively as per the ABI management principles Set annual goals for the PR Distribution, PO Creation and PO Follow Up Specialists and regularly monitor team’s performance and achievement of targets Ensure KPI measurement and compliance to approved processes Identify and address gaps in competency of team members and support them in planning and implementing development plans Coach team members for constant availability of competent resources to support the business Apply ABInBev values and guiding principles Ensure alignment of key stakeholders, process definition/implementation, interfaces, roles and ways of working between customers and the businesses in a way that is consistent with the Global target operating models over the period C19 through C20 Process Management: Manage SLAs and quality of services delivered by the team Actively participate in issue resolution for PO management Manage PR distribution and PO creation processes Manage the PO follow-up/confirmation process ensuring timely execution Manage the Retroactive PO process Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement of purchasing processes throughout the RPSS Ensure team’s service level requirements are met Escalate issues to the RPSS EU Operations Manager ​Audit & Compliance: Assure compliance to corporate and departmental policies and procedures (internal Procurement and external Business Units). Assist the RPSS EU Operations Manager in the development, updates and continuous improvement of RPSS policies and procedures Establish appropriate audit trails and record retention per company requirements Key Attributes and Competencies: Strong leadership skills Understanding of sourcing and analytics tools such as Ariba, Emptoris, advanced MS Excel, MS Access, Database tools (SQL etc) Strong Analytical skills Establishing collaborative working relationships Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders ​ Minimum Requirements: University degree CIPS or similar qualification would be a definite advantage At least 3 years relevant experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Knowledge of SAP/ SRM Additional Information: BAND: VI ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
