This is a <strong>salaried non-exempt</strong> role reporting to the Lab Supervisor, responsible for performing chemical and physical testing of Portland cement and raw materials in accordance with <strong>ASTM standards</strong>.</p>\n<p>The base rate for this position is <strong>$23.60 per hour</strong>. A <strong>$1.50/hour shift differential</strong> applies to second and third shifts only.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Quality Control Lab Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance through precise testing, data analysis, and reporting.
