      "content": "\n<li>Meet with clients to develop ongoing relationships and determine clients’ project goals.</li>\n<li>Follow projects from inception through construction in order to maintain design quality and intent.</li>\n<li>Conducts programming efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting, and color coordination.</li>\n<li>Prepares and conducts client presentations.</li>\n<li>Responsible for selection and specification of furniture, lighting, flooring, wall covering, and artwork. Estimates material requirements and preliminary costs.</li>\n<li>Solicits bids and assists the Project Manager and client in subcontracting fabrication, installation, and arrangement of the required materials, finishes, and furnishings.</li>\n<li>Supports the Construction Administration phase by responding to RFI's and CO's and reviewing shop drawings.</li>\n<li>Keeping the project team on schedule and budget while providing a cohesive design.</li>\n<li>Implement and utilizes the best practices of Ware Malcomb for all projects and processes.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Project Managers and junior team members in correctly documenting design.</li>\n<li>May mentor and direct the work of less experienced team members and deliver performance evaluations.</li>\n<li>Contributes to office activities and stay involved in design community organizations.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>10+ years of experience in Interior Architecture Design.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Accreditation/Registration/Licensure or Pursuing Accreditation/Registration/Licensure preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to create complete presentation packages is essential.</li>\n<li>Experience in Deltek Vision, Newforma, and MS Office preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop, Adobe Suite, and Sketchup.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Revit.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of building regulations and safety codes.&nbsp;</li>\n"
