    "description": "<h2>The Fresh Market & You:</h2>\n<p>Our mission is to make every day eating extraordinary for our guests, and we are looking for a new team member who will commit to helping us deliver on this mission.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our added benefits for joining The Fresh Market team</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Team Member discount of 30% </li>\n  <li>Early Earn Wage Access (You can access up to 50% (max $500) of your earned wages on-demand per pay period)</li>\n  <li>401K contribution and company match</li>\n  <li>Financial Wellness Program</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Personal time off and additional time off purchase plans are available</li>\n  <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance for individual, spouse, partner, and family</li>\n  <li>Discounts on pet insurance, daycare, event tickets, and many more.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Position:</h2>\n<p>We’re looking for seasonal team members who have the ability to work in our Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production or Produce departments as well as counter support in our Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.47 per hour.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Consistently provide excellent guest service, which includes: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Engaging with our guests to learn their wants and needs so that you can help them create their meal solution  </li>\n   <li>Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and working across departments to assist guests  </li>\n   <li>Ability to safely handle food products for sampling to our guests</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking our products and specialty items throughout the day, while also making sure nearby guests are assisted</li>\n <li>Properly weighing and scanning of product, cash handling, and providing change were appropriate.</li>\n <li>Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store</li>\n <li>Slice and prepare a variety of the department’s meat, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions throughout the day, while maintaining quality product levels</li>\n <li>Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:</h2>\n<p><strong>At a minimum, what you’ll need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A passion for providing extraordinary service</li>\n <li>At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical and Work Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Repetitive hand/arm movements, grasping, bending, reaching, ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds by oneself, exposure to extreme temperatures</li>\n <li>Ability to use tools and equipment: knives, ladders, stepstools, box cutters, pallet jacks, and other equipment (unless under the age of 18)</li>\n <li>Required to spend long periods of time on feet and stand or walk without a break (for up to 4 hours or as required by law)</li>\n <li>Required to wear an approved hat, hair net, and/or beard guard, and personal protective equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS: Consistent with applicable laws, TFM will make reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants and team members, unless doing so would result in an undue hardship to TFM.
