    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>Develop and maintain the <strong>supply plan</strong> within the SIOP process, balancing demand, supply, and inventory for the Channel business.</p>\n<p>Translate demand plans into <strong>production and material requirements</strong> in collaboration with factories, buyers, and suppliers.</p>\n<p>Lead <strong>supply reviews</strong> to highlight risks, constraints, and mitigation plans; communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.</p>\n<p>Monitor and manage <strong>inventory health</strong>, including safety stock levels, excess, and obsolescence for assigned products.</p>\n<p>Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to identify and address <strong>capacity or material constraints</strong>.</p>\n<p>Participate in <strong>monthly SIOP cycles</strong>, providing data and insights for supply, demand, and reconciliation meetings.</p>\n<p>Partner with finance and operations to align <strong>supply planning assumptions</strong> with budget and forecast cycles.</p>\n<p>Drive <strong>continuous improvement</strong> in planning processes, system parameters, and cross-functional communication.</p>\n<p>Support <strong>new product introductions</strong> and product transitions, ensuring seamless integration into the supply plan.</p>\n<p>Track and report <strong>key supply metrics</strong>, including on-time delivery, supply adherence, and inventory performance.</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering</strong>, or related field (Master’s preferred).</p>\n<p>3–5 years of experience in <strong>supply planning, SIOP/IBP, or production planning</strong> within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</p>\n<p>Strong understanding of <strong>end-to-end supply chain processes</strong> and SIOP principles.</p>\n<p>Experience with <strong>ERP and planning systems</strong> (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, or equivalent).</p>\n<p>Proficiency in <strong>data analysis and reporting tools</strong> (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).</p>\n<p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.</p>\n<p>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.</p>\n<p>APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p>\n<p>Strategic and analytical thinking</p>\n<p>Cross-functional collaboration</p>\n<p>Results-oriented and proactive</p>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</p>\n<p>Adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment</p>\n<p>Vertiv is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
