          "text": "<p>The Blaster&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;preparing metal parts and welded assemblies by blasting surfaces to remove rust, dirt, and other contaminants. This role ensures that all parts meet quality standards before&#xa0;advancing to&#xa0;the next step in the production process. The Blaster works within the manufacturing team to support on-time delivery of high-quality products.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm | Occasional Saturdays 6am to 12pm</p><p><strong>Accountabilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Stage metal parts and welded assemblies for blasting.&#xa0;</li><li>Operate blasting equipment to clean and prepare sheet metal surfaces.&#xa0;</li><li>Remove scale, rust, grease, and other materials using abrasive blasting techniques.&#xa0;</li><li>Inspect blasted parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.&#xa0;</li><li>Safely unload and organize cleaned parts for the next step in production.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain and clean blasting equipment as needed.&#xa0;</li><li>Keep your work area clean, organized, and&#xa0;safe always.&#xa0;</li><li>Meet or exceed production timelines&#xa0;and&#xa0;quality expectations.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

The position requires standing for extended periods, working around machinery, and adherence to all safety and compliance standards.  &#xa0;</li><li>Mobility: Ability to move around the manufacturing plant, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Manual Dexterity: Occasional use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Lifting: Ability to lift and carry items up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
