Come join our team!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Check out the Great Place to Work link!</strong> <strong>https://www.greatplacetowork.com/certified-company/7044353</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Provides direct patient care to patient under direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care.</li><li>Provides necessary skills to assist the patient with safe transfers and ambulation per the Hospice policy.</li><li>Promotes positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.</li><li>Provides an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy, and property.</li><li>Provides skills necessary to assist the patient with proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.</li><li>Contributes to the management and efficient operation of the Hospice and demonstrate effective time management skills.</li><li>Provides skills necessary to perform treatments and procedures according to the Hospice policy.</li><li>Promotes the Hospice philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.</li><li>Provides necessary skill to appropriately report changes and document pertinent information and care rendered to</li><li>patient to ensure continuity of care.</li><li>Practices accepted infection control principles. Provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.</li></ul>",
