    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Marketing Manager </span>to drive the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for our GovTech software solutions. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams to develop compelling product narratives, enable sales teams, and support revenue growth. Overseeing Euna’s full Financial Suite, this role will help coordinate with our internal PMM team on portfolio-level projects and initiatives.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product marketing principles, a passion for the public sector, and a track record of executing successful product launches that require digital marketing as a best practice to generate TOFU pipe. This role will also have opportunities for occasional travel.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Marketing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements, collaborating with Product team members and Marketing team members to execute the launch.</li>\n<li>Own and refine product messaging, positioning, and storytelling to communicate our value proposition effectively.</li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with a talented team of Product Marketers across our product suite</li>\n<li>Define and optimize the buyer/customer journey, ensuring clear value messaging at every stage.</li>\n<li>Work with other GTM team members to conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, trends, and opportunities within the public sector.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain competitive intelligence insights to inform positioning and differentiation strategies.</li>\n<li>Guide digital and demand team members and agency resources to execute marketing plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales &amp; Customer Enablement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, and value frameworks.</li>\n<li>Supporting sales enablement team members, delivering the product specific onboarding and training content in partnership with Product Management.</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing competitive intelligence and market insights to support sales efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Product Management to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth.</li>\n<li>Partner with Customer Success to develop case studies, testimonials, and proof points that demonstrate real-world impact.</li>\n<li>Work with digital and demand teams to develop website content, guiding on the product specific areas of the website.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance &amp; Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and analyze the success of product marketing initiatives, providing insights to refine and optimize messaging and positioning.</li>\n<li>Work with demand team to measure campaign efficacy.</li>\n<li>Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate on marketing strategies and improve product-market fit.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology, or public sector software.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, value-based messaging, and competitive positioning.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop compelling narratives that resonate with multiple audiences, including government agencies and public institutions.</li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Is a full-stack marketer with deep understanding of sales and marketing funnel</li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business impact.</li>\n<li>Multi-disciplined marketer with experience in digital and demand is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><br>This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON (or ATL, GA) office. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Mindset at Euna Solutions</span><br>We believe the future of work is human + AI.
