This position reports to the Project Manager.</p><p><br></p><p>The SOCC Officer Shall provide security and protective service in accordance with client&rsquo;s corporate policies and security and crisis management plans and procedures, which may include, but are not limited to the following general tasks:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors</li><li>Answer and triage incoming emergency and non-emergency phone lines</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications during an incident</li><li>Serve as the communication hub during emergencies, maintaining situational awareness and relaying information to field personnel and management</li><li>Notify appropriate personnel (management, tenants, facilities) per post orders during incidents or system activations</li><li>Maintain accurate Communications Center logs, including all calls for service, dispatched units, and outcomes</li><li>Adhere to all escalation matrices and notification trees as outlined in post orders</li><li>Access control and physical security principles&nbsp;</li><li>Operation of intrusion alarms, production, and fire detection equipment as well as video surveillance equipment operation&nbsp;</li><li>Accurate communication of security information and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Operation of entry and egress access control equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Roving foot patrols of interior and exterior building areas&nbsp;</li><li>Identification badge process production&nbsp;</li><li>Production of complete and detailed security incident and daily operating reports&nbsp;</li><li>Monitoring and responding to intrusion detection systems&nbsp;</li><li>Responding, as necessary, to support other life safety duties as identified in post orders and standard operating procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Any other activity as requested by Supervisor/Project Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to complete state Security Officer certification, including the online application process, fingerprints, and background investigation</li><li>Must have reliable transportation during all seasons</li><li>Must fluently speak, read, comprehend, and write in English&nbsp;</li><li>Must have High School diploma or GED&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and periodic random drug screening</li><li>U.S. Citizenship</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Possess a current City of Denver-issued Security Guard License</li><li>Security, military, or law enforcement experience&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated history of safe and successful security operations experience in highly secure facilities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>This position requires lifting, standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday; with some workdays being up to 12 hours.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Patriot Group International Inc.<u>&nbsp;</u></strong>is a global mission support service provider with expeditionary capabilities, providing services to select clients within the intelligence, defense, and private sectors. &nbsp;PGI is a veteran-owned and operated company with experience performing in over 50 countries, including austere and high-threat environments.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>DISCLAIMER:</u></strong><br>&nbsp;Patriot Group International Inc. is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer &ndash; Veteran, Disability.
