Stay informed on compensation trends and best practices to build knowledge and support ongoing development in the field. Support compensation-related projects and other assigned initiatives. Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal compensation information about employees. Perform other duties and projects, as needed.
