          "text": "<p><strong>Director of Hospital wide Education needed for SC Healthcare Organization.  Must be an RN, BSN and have a Masters degree in Nursing, Education or related.</strong></p><p><strong>Under the direction of the Chief Human Resource Officer, organizes, plans, <br />develops, implements and maintains the educational programs, clinical <br />projects, and staff development activities for the hospital, as well as <br />educational oversight for all standards/regulations in regards to TJC, <br />CMS and DHEC.  The Director of Education has fiscal responsibility for <br />the Education Department and HR functions such as hiring, counseling, <br />evaluations and scheduling. Serves as a resource person and liaison for <br />hospital associates and the community. <br />Qualifications:<br />Education/Qualifications</strong></p><ul>Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina<br /> <li>Bachelor’s Degree with five years related experience required.  MSN or related.</li><br /> <li>Knowledge of general nursing theories and practice</li><br /> <li>Must have current BLS/AACLS certification. Current BLS Instructor training preferred; ACLS/PALS training preferred</li><br /> <li>Nursing education and/or staff development experience required.
