line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Environmental Scientist – P2 Program Responsibilities Include:</strong><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Conduct pollution prevention (`P2`) process reviews to identify initiatives that reduce environmental impacts, including equipment alternatives, material substitutions, process changes, recycling opportunities, and waste generation reduction methods.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Perform up to 12 P2 process reviews per year and document findings, recommendations, estimated benefits, and implementation considerations.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Coordinate P2 process reviews and proposed initiatives with Government personnel, Environmental Protection (EP) Program Managers, and other Contractors as required to confirm feasibility and align execution plans.<span>&nbsp; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Submit the annual IDEM Partners for Pollution Prevention recertification package and maintain supporting documentation as required.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Attend IDEM P2 Partners meetings and events as directed to stay current on program requirements and best practices; communicate relevant updates to the Government team.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Conduct P2 Program Status meetings with the P2 Program Manager upon request; prepare meeting agendas and capture/distribute meeting minutes and action items.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Chemistry, or a related field.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black;
