Execute projects with sense of urgency</p><p>- Accurate daily field tickets to be submitted to Field Admins or Supervisor</p><p>- Ability to work safely and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures</p><p>- Possesses a basic knowledge of Production Operations and all associated equipment</p><p>- Maintain all company provided tools and equipment (cell phone, vehicle, computer, etc.)</p><p>- Submitted accurate field tickets to Office Admins or Supervisor (may vary by location)</p><p>- Able to act as crew lead (on a 2-man crew)</p><p>- Knowledge of using a line locator (required in some locations)</p><p>- Perform daily safety and maintenance inspections on equipment before operating</p><p>- Keep equipment clean and free of trash</p><p>- Ensure equipment is safely secured and stored</p><p>- Advise supervisor of any needed maintenance or repairs needed to equipment</p><p>- Participate in routine maintenance of equipment such as greasing, cleaning filters, and adding fluids</p><p>- Operates heavy machinery safely and properly</p><p>- Train / mentor Roustabout I &amp; II</p><p>- Demonstrate proficient computer skills in multiple systems including MS Office and SCADA (varies based on location)</p><p>- Lead and supervise contractors on various tasks</p><p>- Plan and schedule work for multiple jobs</p><p>- Has Foreman&#39;s DOA when Foreman is absent</p><p>- Responsible for assisting with all the construction activities at job site (varies by location)</p><p>- Attend the construction meetings with the foreman and subcontractors, anticipate upcoming activities with adequate resources according the time schedule</p><p>- Perform other various tasks as assigned by the Foreman</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Specifications</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">- Ability to lead and work with a diverse team to achieve production and cost targets</p><p>- Works safely and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures</p><p>- Solid written and oral communication skills</p><p>- Strong work ethic</p><p>- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-pressure production environment</p><p>- Maintain good housekeeping in all areas of responsibility</p><p>- Has integrity, good communication skills, and a positive attitude</p><p>- Knowledge of using a line locator (required in some locations)</p><p>- Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks and complete work in a safe and efficient manner</p><p>- Knowledge of the key components of equipment operated</p><p>- Able to interpret P&amp;ID drawings, piping codes / regulations, maps, and other tools</p><p>- Minimum 2 work-related training sessions per year</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">- Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license, CDL a plus (may be required in some locations)</p><p>- Legally authorized to work in the United States</p><p>- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check</p><p>- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited, state-certified program</p><p>- Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations are preferred</p><p>- Must be capable and willing to work overtime as required and participate in an on-call rotation</p><p>- Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining equipment within oil and gas facilities preferred</p><p>- Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs</p><p>- Capable of rigorous outdoor activities with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing for long periods, working in confined spaces, exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and light industrial equipment</p></div></div></div></div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.43.16/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
