Deliver strong shortlists, fast: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure every open role has a steady flow of high-quality, values-aligned candidates ready for interview — enabling quick, confident hiring decisions.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Screen around 400–500 CVs and run 15–20 structured video calls per week.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Apply clear, objective criteria using role scorecards and record structured notes in BambooHR.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Deliver 5–8 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Shortlists lead to productive interviews, not rework.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">2.
