Provides direction to hourly employees in the area of customer service through training and development of hourly employees on a consistent basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide direction in service training to hourly employees.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success.</li><li>Consistently supervises, manages, and inspects all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards.</li><li>Ensures guest satisfaction through proper internal controls.</li><li>Prioritizes employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently.</li><li>Promotes positive open communication in a team environment.</li><li>Inspects and administers employee uniform and personal hygiene standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Instructs employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service.</li><li>Assist restaurant employees in the area of food delivery and preparation.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Skills &amp; Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Two (2) to four (4) years of Supervisory/Management experience in a food service or restaurant setting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.</li><li>Must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition.</li><li>Must possess novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Google Suite.</li><li>Must demonstrates ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English (Conversational kitchen Spanish a help).</li><li>Must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Can Offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary: $55K-$80K annually</li><li>Quarterly Bonus Opportunity: 5% - 15% of annual salary</li><li>Choice of Medical and Dental plans,&nbsp;</li><li>Vision plan,&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Employer sponsored Short Term Disability Long Term Disability and Life Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off accruing first day of employment</li><li>Monthly Dining card&nbsp;</li><li>3 week paid Sabbatical</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are an E Verify Employer</p><p><br></p>",
