Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst who will be responsible for providing advanced financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost and profitability initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS: Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; clearly explain drivers and trends Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling for strategic initiatives Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Develop complex financial models to support business cases, investments, pricing, and cost-reduction initiatives Analyze operational and financial KPIs; provide actionable insights and recommendations Partner with functional leaders (Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Engineering) to support informed decision-making Reporting & Compliance: Deliver accurate and timely reports to HQ and internal stakeholders. Support audits and ensure adherence to corporate financial standards. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects related to finance and business performance improvement.
